Shopify help that flexes with how you actually work
Starcodia works with people who run a real business and also have a Shopify store to look after. Some need steady help in the background. Some are only starting to try AI and are not sure what is worth doing. We figure that out together rather than selling a fixed stack of packages.
How we tend to work
There is no single path. AI on Shopify is still moving quickly, so a lot of this is exploratory. We prefer clear scopes, honest trade-offs, and room to change course when something is not useful.
- A short conversation about the store and what you are curious or stuck on.
- A simple written next step: light ongoing help, a small AI trial, a migration, or sometimes “not yet.”
- Work in the open, with notes on what we tried and what we would leave alone.
- Adjust hours, focus, or pause when the shape of the work changes.
Areas we can help with
Think of these as starting points, not a catalogue you have to pick from.
- Ongoing Shopify care. Updates, fixes, small content or product changes, and someone to call when something odd shows up. Hours and response times are agreed per store.
- Practical AI on Shopify. Trying AI for support, on-site help, or content in a controlled way, with review. Useful when you want a second pair of hands on the experiment, not a finished doctrine.
- Moving to Shopify. Replatform or setup work when the current stack is the blocker.
- Speed and conversion tweaks. Smaller, focused passes when the store is otherwise fine.

A note on AI
Many owners have not hit clear “AI problems” yet because the tools are new and the use is still forming. We do not assume you are drowning in failed bots or that you need a full AI programme. If you want to explore lightly, we can. If you only want the store kept tidy for now, that is fine too.
What we are de-emphasizing on this site
Long public lists of every integration and industry page. That shape of agency site aged poorly, and it does not match how we want to work. Connectors and niche work still happen. They just do not need a directory.
